Exchanges

You can exchange anything you bought from the shop within 7 days of getting it, for a different size, colour or item.

It has to be new: unworn and unwashed.

Exchange only. We don't give refunds on items you've received.

Exchanges are drop-off only. Text us at 343-429-8991 with your order number and we'll arrange where and when to drop it off.

Final sale

Seasonal items are final sale and can't be exchanged. They're marked Final sale on the shop, in your cart and at checkout.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is an item that hasn't arrived yet. You can cancel a pre-order any time before it arrives: text us with your order number and we'll refund what you paid for it.

Once it has arrived, the exchange policy above applies.

Orders not paid yet

An order you haven't paid for can be cancelled from your order page at any time.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. They never expire, and there's no HST on a gift card: it's charged on the repair the card pays for.

Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars, before HST. HST is added at checkout, and the total is shown before you order.
