Where do you deliver?
We bring it to you around Kanata, usually with our next job nearby, or we'll arrange a pickup by text.
Delivery is free on orders of $15.00 or more before HST. Under that it's $5.00, plus HST. Pickup is always free.
How does pickup work?
Choose Pickup at checkout. We'll text you to set a time and place. If you only gave us an email, we'll email you instead.
How do I pay?
By Interac e-Transfer: after you order, the next page shows where to send it. Put your order number in the message. We hold your order for 3 days, counted from when everything on it is in stock. If it isn't paid by then, it's cancelled and we'll let you know.
By card, at checkout: you type it into Square's secure boxes on the checkout page, or use Apple Pay or Google Pay where your phone or browser has it. It's charged when you place the order, once Square approves it, and only then is the order placed. There's no card fee.
Is HST included?
No. Prices on the shop are before HST. 13% HST is added at checkout, and the cart shows the full total before you order. HST is charged on the delivery fee too.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until it's paid. Open your order page and press Cancel this order. Once it's paid, text us.
A pre-order can be cancelled any time before it arrives. Text us with your order number and we'll refund what you paid for it.
Lost the link? Track your order with the order number and your email or phone.
What does Arriving mean?
A size marked Arriving is on its way to us. You can order it now and it comes out of that shipment. The date beside it is when we expect it, and we'll let you know when it's in.
Sold out with a "Tell me when it's back" box? Leave your phone or email and we'll let you know.
Wrong size, or something's not right?
Exchanges within 7 days, for items that are still new. Exchange only, no refunds. Seasonal items are final sale. Exchanges are drop-off only: text us at 343-429-8991 with your order number and we'll arrange it.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, for repairs and service at Peakline Automotive. $10 to $1,000, emailed as soon as it's paid for. Non-refundable, with no cash value. No HST on a gift card, and it never expires.
