A 20 foot galvanized deck rated to 14,000 lb, with electric brakes on all four wheels and rear ramps that stand up and adjust. It takes a skid steer, a mini excavator, a car, or a few pallets of patio stone.

Not the usual plywood-walled cargo trailer. The Sportzone has a properly finished interior, so it's a clean, dry, protected space for equipment, furniture, a bike, event gear, or a move.

It isn't an instant booking, and that is on purpose. Every rental is checked against the calendar and priced by a person before anything is promised.
Most pickups are contactless. The keys are in a lockbox and the code is on your booking page, so you can collect early in the morning or late in the evening without waiting on anybody. If you are coming at a time that suits us both, one of us will come out and walk around the trailer with you. Ask when you book and we will tell you which it will be.
Rentals are picked up in Kanata, ON, in the west end of Ottawa. We send the exact address once your booking is confirmed.
Late returns, cleaning, damage and cancellations all have a set price. Every one of them is written into Schedule C at the bottom of the rental agreement, which you read and sign before you collect the trailer, so nothing gets invented at the counter.
Your own policy covers the trailer, the tow and whatever is on it. We do not insure any of it for you. Call your insurer and ask specifically about a rented trailer before you book: most policies cover it, some do not, and finding out afterwards is the expensive way. Agreement, clause 13.1–13.4.
Swept out and empty, with everything that came with it, in the condition you got it. Ordinary dirt off a normal job costs nothing. $75 if it needs actual cleaning before the next person can use it. Agreement, clause 15.2.
Call us right away and we will sort out getting it recovered. A breakdown that is the trailer's fault is on us and you are not charged for the days you lost. That is the rental, not what the day was worth to you. If it has to be towed because of how it was loaded or driven, arranging that is $250 plus what the tow itself costs. Under an hour is $25. Under four hours is $35. Past four hours is a full extra day, and each day after that is another. Tell us before you are late and we will usually just move the booking. Agreement, Schedule C.
Yes. Personal or business hauling, either is fine, as long as it is legal and inside what the trailer is rated for. No separate commercial rate and no extra paperwork. Agreement, clause 8.1.
Free up to 48 hours before pickup. Inside that, the first day is charged. The dates were held for you and it is usually too late to let anybody else have them. Agreement, clause 17.1.
Yes, and we would rather you heard it from us. Every trailer has a GPS tracker on it. It records where the trailer is, when it moves and how fast, the whole time it is out. We use it to find one that has been stolen, to tell when it actually left and came back, and to answer a question about either without anybody having to take a guess. It is not there to watch you, we do not pass any of it on, and the only thing we ask is that you leave it alone. Agreement, clause 7.5.
Yes. Check with your own insurer first. A policy that covers a rented trailer in Ontario does not always follow it across a border.
