What we do

All of it happens where the car is parked, and we turn up with the tools, the jack stands and the parts.

No call-out fee in KanataEverywhere else is a flat rate set by your postal code, and it's on the estimate you approve.

Pre-purchase inspections

Before you buy it, or to see what a provincial safety would find. We can't issue the safety itself.

  • Pre-purchase inspection before you buy
  • Getting a car ready for a provincial safety
  • Written findings and photos

Before you call

What we don't do

A few jobs need a hoist, an alignment rack, or a licence that doesn't travel in a truck. Here's the list before you call.

  • Oil changes
  • Wheel alignments
  • A/C repair
  • Provincial safety inspections
  • We can't work in underground parking
  • We can't work on the shoulder of a highway

If you need one of those, ask anyway. We can usually point you at someone good.

Warranty

Parts we supply

Parts we supply carry a two-year warranty and the labour is covered for six months. You can supply your own, but the labour rate is higher and the job isn't warrantied, so if the part is wrong or it fails, the second visit is chargeable.

Your vehicle

Your VIN is on the insurance slip, the ownership, or the sticker in the driver's door jamb. It tells us the exact engine and trim, so we price the parts your car actually takes.
