Brakes in Stittsville
Pads, rotors, calipers and the lines between them, done on your driveway while the car sits where it already is.
Stittsville
Struts, shocks, springs, control arms, bushings and links, including the clunk you have stopped noticing. We come to you in Stittsville, weeknights from 5pm and all day Saturday and Sunday, so the car is fixed without a day off work.
Why people call
You do not have to know what the part is called. These are the words people actually use, and any one of them is enough to book on.
Stittsville, specifically
Fernbank and the newer Stittsville roads are smooth, which sounds like good news for suspension and hides a problem: springs and struts fail slowly and quietly on good roads, and the car just gets floaty. If yours carries on moving after a dip and you have not been over anything rough enough to notice a clunk, that is worth a look. A shock that has stopped damping is a braking distance problem, and not a comfort one.
On the truck
How long it takes. A pair of front struts is most of an evening. A link or a bushing is often under an hour.
What we will not do on a driveway. We do not do alignments. That needs a rack, and it needs one after the parts are on. Suspension work that changes geometry is done here and the alignment is booked afterwards, and we will tell you before we start if the job needs one.
Where the car can be
Stittsville is mostly newer subdivisions with real driveways, which is close to ideal: the car is on level asphalt at the address it lives at, and there is room to work beside it. Main Street and the older village end can be tighter, and where it is we will work from the street and leave the car where it is.
Areas we are in most weeks: Fernbank Crossing, Jackson Trails, Amberwood, Bradley Commons, Stittsville Main.
What it costs
There is no price on this page on purpose. A suspension job depends on the vehicle, the parts it takes and what is found once a wheel is off, and a number written here would either be wrong or be something you have to argue about in a driveway.
You get the cost of the work and the travel together, before anything is booked, and nothing is charged until you have said yes. The travel band for every postal code we serve is on the service-area page.

The rest of it
Pads, rotors, calipers and the lines between them, done on your driveway while the car sits where it already is.
Seasonal changeovers, flat repairs, balancing and TPMS sensors, on your driveway instead of a queue at a tire shop in the first week of November.
The codes read and, more to the point, explained: what the car is actually reporting, and what it does and does not prove.
Suspension elsewhere in the west end: Suspension in Kanata · Suspension in Barrhaven. Everything else we do is on the services page, where suspension covers suspension diagnostics, struts & shocks, springs and control arms, bushings and links.
Mobile suspension repair has a page of its own, with no town in it: what it covers, what people describe when they ring, and what we will not do on a driveway.
