If it's outside our hours and it can't wait, we'll still come out where we can. That carries a $50 emergency fee on top of the job, and you'll hear about it on the phone and not on the invoice.

The two weeks either side of the season change are the worst time to need a shop appointment. We do the changeover where the car sits, on rims or off, balanced, with the TPMS sensors read and reprogrammed instead of ignored.

Parts
The warranty depends whose parts they are
Parts we supply carry a two-year warranty and our labour is covered for six months against defects. You can hand us a part you bought yourself and we'll fit it, but the labour rate is higher and there's no warranty on the job, so if the part turns out to be wrong or it fails, the second trip out to Stittsville is chargeable.
